Grab your coffee, boil the kettle and pour yourself a cup. Or grab your capsule if you have a Nespresso machine (well couldn’t live without mine).

Sooo get your coffee, read this and allow these words to flow into your mind. Lately I’ve been reading/watching/listening to more positive role models who are empowering others through their transparency. They provide us with real experiences of life.
Last night I was on Spotify, as you do on a Sunday evening trying to find entertainment. I came across this podcast called healthy hustlers. A female duo that interview influencers like Megan Gale, Dj Tiger Lilly.
If you’re interested in listening here is the screen shot I captured from my phone. The time was about 60 min in length so you will have to be a bit patient or perhaps take breaks in between which helps to absorb information. Honestly, I listened to it all the way through, I was so intrigued by this concept of this audio discussion.
A few pearls of wisdom:
Be authentic and stay true to yourself. Creating a brand whether you’re an artist, influencer it is important to be inspired and motivated by honest motives.
Finding balance in life. It is okay to party and eat the foods you enjoy, however taking care of yourself is essential. Take time out for yourself. Self care is needed in the hustle of life. Taking time out to meditate, listen to relaxing music and doing some light yoga stretches.
Essential oils, not for everyone but pop a few drops into your diffuser such as lavender to wind down after a long day.
Create a routine that works for you and incorporate in daily living.
Remember, it’s okay to change up your schedule and invest in yourself. If you want to eat that chocolate cake then do it. Feel like having a girls night out, put those heels on and dance the night away.
Nutrition and diet are key factors to a healthy body and wellbeing. Eat your green veggies, stay hydrated and keep moving.
Allow them to come to you. Don’t chase after people. If they want to work with you, form a relationship or build an empire, it’ll happen. Forcing connections never works, allow the universe to bring the right people into your life.
Emotional health and wellbeing is as important as the physical body. Your mind is a powerful tool and you must take care of it. Meditation and healing yourself. We have anxiety and stressor in life, but we can find outlets that allow us to in a safe place, help us to find peace within ourself.
There were so many topics covered in this interview I could spend all night writing. I highlighted the things that caught my attention. Please feel free to listen if you’re curious. Perfect combination with a hot chocolate and blankets. The one thing I love about winter is being able to reflect on thing and set new goals. #blanketburrito 🌯

Cheers to a new week.
